I downloaded your free writing guide. I like that you put in social media as a way to get ideas on writing. I also like that not only do you ask people to list the social media platforms they use the most but that you also ask them to list what they use those platforms for. I did this exercise and here is what I came up with:

Twitter - health care, social issues

Pinterest - thyroid information, food ideas for hypothyroidism, organization ideas and dyi

Instagram - hypothyroidism posts, motivational messages, marketing ideas

Facebook - politics, community

YouTube - political commentary, dyi, food prep, marketing

Discord - community, health, politics
